You can cancel your order if:

  • ✔ Order is still in processing stage
  • ✔ You contact us within the allowed time

👉 Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


🚚 After Shipment Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
  • You may still request return or exchange after receiving the product (as per policy)

🔄 How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order:

  2. Provide your order ID and phone number
  3. Our team will verify your request
  4. Cancellation confirmation will be sent to you

💳 Refund After Cancellation

  • If payment was made in advance, refund will be processed
  • Refund will be sent via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
  • Refund time: 3–7 working days after approval

  • Cancellation is only possible before shipping
