❌ When You Can Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order if:
- The order has not been shipped yet
- The order is still in processing stage
- You contact us within a short time after placing the order
⏱ Cancellation Timeframe
- Orders can usually be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
🚚 After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation is not allowed
- You may need to follow the return or exchange policy instead
💳 Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refund will be sent via the original payment method (Mobile banking / Bank transfer / COD adjustment if applicable)
